Do not bother with this joint. Jake calls himself a manager told me he is the manager anyway but has no idea about customer service . I called to order a simple part for a brush cutter air filter and cover , maybe $20 worth and i got the run around for over a week. He asked me five times on my initial call what part I needed and i had to keep repeating myself .The answer was pretty simple a air filter and cover for a Shindaiwa c350. 3 days later i called to ask if the part had arrived. He said no it may take up to 5 days. 5 days later i called if the part had arrived he said no but will see if it may be on back order and would get back to me. Of course I didn't get a return call. 10 days later I called again and asked if the part has arrived. He says no but if you pay for it then I can order it. I couldn't believe what i was hearing. This bloke needs to get off the cones and sort himself out. He would not give me his bosses number when asked but I hope he reads this as your employee is not fit for this job and makes your business unprofessional. I went down to ALBERT MOWER CENTRE and I tell you everyone if you need anything go there.

I took my daughter's mower in as her son thought the blades needed replacing. We were assured they were fine. Just thick grass from the recent rains I asked Greg to check my account for when my year-old Victa needed a service. April! Asked when its warranty ran out. It was a 2-year warranty, so December 2022, but they aren't pedantic about it. They'd honour the warranty for longer if problems occurred! Great bunch of guys!

Apparently Whipper snipper uneconomic to fix, looks like it is an order parts on eBay job and fix it myself. Damn, blew my upfront deposit though.
