We were soooo pleased to find these guys. Looked at quite a few kennels for our fur babies and booked this one as soon as we found it. Our babies were pampered by the lovely staff and I'm sure would have been happy to stay longer. Will definitely be using them again for our next holiday!

Incredibly happy with the ladies here. Comfort is knowing the fur babies are well looked after while you go away. Recommended to even the most protective parents.

Our two dogs were in for 10 days last week. The day we got them home  they were rushed to the vet with a suspected and confirmed case of KENNEL COUGH! The Beenleigh Pet Motel were informed straight away and they denied and said it must have happened at home (although they were in there for TEN DAYS!) Please be careful if your beloved dog has been in recently. Will not be sending them back there unfortunately, it has cost hundreds for medicine and discomfort for both dogs. Would have been a different story if they were understanding or gave any apology or warning to those with dogs in at the same time.

Our dog Phantom was a first timer at any kennels and he was there for a month! After seeing the premises and meeting the passionate staff I was confident our youngest family member would be fine. Staff were happy to take my calls when checking on Phantoms welfare for my 10 year old son. When the day finally came to pick Phantom up my son was beside himself with excitement.  On arrival Phantom came out, ran past my son and was ready to go back to his enclosure! As I explained to my son, Phantom obviously had a great time and was happy to be there. He gave the staff cuddles and dog slobber kisses before he left and he looked amazingly healthy and happy. He stayed over December/January peak time and staff still managed to find time to build a wonderful bond with him. We know we have found a kennel Phantom can go to and we won't need to worry because he'll be spoilt rotten. Thank you to all staff at Beenleigh Pet Motel...Phantom loves you, as do we. I'd give you more stars if I could.

What a delightful place! Our fur babies come here regularly, it is always clean, and they come back smelling lovely. They were able to handle special eating habits of my 3 tricky dogs! Vicki has a wonderful sense of humor too, great customer service! Thank you
