If you want to go to a place that is run by a guy who's done it all, knows it all, will give you crap, offers fantastic products with fantastic banter go here. As small businesses on the niche markets shrink, it's nice to have this gem. Rob's a top bloke who tells it like it is, just don't let his rough exterior scare you off, his work is outstanding.

The name of this shop is a joke. You will not get any kind of customer service here. The elderly man at the counter(which I assume is the owner) was sitting at the back of the shop when I arrived at the shop. I waited for a while and was ignored. I said 'hello' to which he responded that he would be with me shortly. I asked if they do engraving for dog tags. He said 'I SAID I WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY'. I said I just wanted to ask the question so I wouldn't be waiting for 5 minutes to find out that they don't do dog tags. He then told me to "Go Away'. Wow, how rude! Take a drive down to the Hyperdome, there are lots of shops providing the same service and leave this grumpy, rude man alone.
