Incompetent staff that have no respect for anyone. Not even disabled people. Would avoid using this station at all costs
Why can't you accept cash at the ticket office? How come you make tourists walking all the way to 7-Eleven to find a Go Card ? And, pay extra $15 to a blank go card? Ridiculous transportation system. Unsatisfactory situation.

It's easy and stress free for trains to Beenleigh, Goldcoast express, Brisbane airport express and Ferny Grove trains
7 minutes late.. and 99% full train.. if this is the service we expecting during the Commonwealth Games.. then we in big trouble.. pick up your act Qld rail.. you had enough warming!!
