Attempted to make an online order on the 24th May, after clicking 'Submit Payment' the money was taken from my account but the order did not complete the process online. I have submitted an online customer service from, called the Hawthorn head office and called the local branch a number of times and three weeks later I still have no idea what they are doing with my money. I have requested a phone call and confirmation of how they are solving this and to date I have not had any proper communication from them. Their customer service is severely lacking to say the least! Not keen on shopping here again and would strongly recommend not using the online service. Make sure you have the product in hand before paying!!
I have become a great fan of Bed Bath N' Table. The lovely home ware is stylish, varied and good quality. Fantastic for cushions and throws that are just that little bit different. And not all made in China! I have found things at great prices here on clearance. Our guest house will benefit for sure! :
ordered sheets a week ago online and they have not even processed the order yet am very annoyed would not recommend buying online from this company very poor service.
A delightful shop full of bed linen, quilts, throws, pillows, cushions, bath soaps, towels, bathroom items like toothbrush holders and soap holders and other knick knacks - you should find something to suit your taste in bathroom and bedroom décor. They have sales fairly often which helps make prices more reasonable. A pleasant shop to browse in and let your imagination go for your inner interior design dreams.
I spoke to Casey at the Toowoomba store to help me with an order. I placed the order over the phone and she was really helpful!! I received my order within a week too!
Rude and unhelpful staff member when I called to see if they still had any Easter egg cups after my son broke his Easter morning and was devistated. I was told they had a big day yesterday and I'd need to go in store to look myself. I won't be back.
