Staff are nice however I bought really king sheets blend of cotton and bamboo. They were not cheap. They feel nice and look nice until 3 days later they get a loose fit. So they go from tight to really loose and the bed is a mess. I have always used Adairs sheets and I thought I would try this brand as they look nice. Also when I bought them I noticed they were thin and the light was shining through when u hold them up. They are not quality sheets. Very disappointing
Excellent customer service. Bought a duvet cover on sale but they didn’t have the matching pillowcase so they ordered in one for me from Victoria and placed it on hold. Even gave me the original sale price even though the sale had finished
I had a great experience the other day shopping for Christmas. The assistant Dansil I don’t think that’s spelt right went above and beyond! He went all the way to the other stock room just to get a different size of an item he was so helpful when I called before coming in and just made the whole experience very easy. By far the best BBnT I’ve been to in a while 10/10!

Had such a lovely experience in the store today. One of the girls helped me immensely for close to an hour while I chose a new quilt cover set. I wasn’t an easy customer either, as I kept changing my mind every 5 minutes, asking to see products high up on the shelves, as well as pulling quilt sets out of their packaging to feel the textures. This girl was so patient and supportive in my fickle pursuit. Very grateful to have been served by her as I ending up finding the perfect quilt set
Called in there this afternoon to look at Easter decorations etc, Kasia and Cathy couldn’t of been anymore friendly. They were both so helpful, it’s refreshing to actually get lovely ladies that go above and beyond. I will definitely be back. Thanks ladies
I'm not usually one to leave a bad review because I know that there can be many unknown reasons behind receiving bad service. However today there seemed to be no excuse as to why I received the service I did as the lady before me in the line to the cashier received wonderful service and great attitude from the attendant. The difference in service was notable; I experienced negative attitude and passive aggression, and no effort was made to assist me in the store. I wonder if my age has something to do with this? In saying this, I have bought all my bedding and decor from this store previously and usually experience wonderful, enthusiastic and helpful service from the younger attendants.
Sadly I refused to sign in via QR code due to it no longer being used to contact trace so ended up losing a sale understand not staff issue but not going to comply with obsolete use of my information happy to wear mask and show my double vax
Very disappointed in the service that this store itself gave, as I have been to many before. Yesterday I drove 30 minutes to come to the loganholme Bed Bath N’ Table store to grab a King Bed Sheet set and was given a queen but didn’t realise it until I got home and went to wash it that it was a queen. Than I tried to call them 3 times as the photo below shows and than only on the 4th ring they picked up. I explained what was wrong and they than told me to bring it back to “ swap “ them over for the right one. Anyways went there this morning to swap them over and was than charged another $33 on top of the already paid $140 something. I completely understand that the size different but seriously I’m the one that had to come back for you to do your job right. Just very disappointing!
Nice store, clean tidy with everything in the same place as other store, easy to find what your looking for. Friendly staff always a bonus.
