The staff in Hobart are always pleasant and helpful. Francess went to extended lengths to acquire an item from another store to fit a cutoff date. Well appreciated.
Beautiful customer service. I brought a bedsheet set and a new quilt cover. Was asked if I needed help from 3 different staff. All of which were very helpful and attentive. This place also has good sales and beautiful items to decorate your home at a reasonable price
How good were the staff today at Bed n Bath in Hobart? I took in twin boys 4 years old to buy their mum a Mothers’ Day gift. As soon as they got in, they knocked over a display … after sitting on a mushroom seat…. But a staff member helped put things back in place . Then a man approached me to help choose a gift. By this stage I was sort of about to give up buying anything …. He was lovely - kind and empathetic… thank goodness. And we came out with presents they chose independently for their mum. Pineapple bookends and a picture frame. Not gifts I would have chosen. But the staff sort of understood the challenges of taking twin boys into a ‘china shop’ and helped us all through…. My daughter got her Mothers’ Day gift early of course, but was deeply touched by the presents. So - thank you to the staff. They could have been judgemental and unimpressed … but they were lovely - each and every one. So thank you from this grandmother who wasn’t sure where to help her grandchildren to buy presents for they’d mum. You made one mum - and grandmother happy.
Have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy the Bed Bath N' Table experience! I am not sure if it's a bad day for some of your staff, but I seem to get 1 to 2 extremely supercilious staff members upon my visits. While some of your staff have exceptional levels of service, it maybe time to revisit those who do not best represent your store and brand.
I like my 2000 thread count as much as the next smooth skinned gentleman, but I can get the same brands for 25% - 50% less via the internet. But if you want them immediately, I guess they're good for that. The staff have been great each time I've been there, but there's an older female manager, who's mean to staff every time. The kind of person who acts nice to the customers but is obviously horrible to work for. Really brings down the mood of the place and it's very obvious. Nice range of Myrtle & Moss products, my home smells delightful.
While I usually receive great service, I was not impressed at all by the woman who served me yesterday. She was stationed behind the counter and couldn't manage a smile, hello or goodbye. Didn't bother to ask about my membership number and all round looked like she didn't want to be there.
Very knowledgeable and polite staff; engaging and happy to take the time to know what I was after. Always open and was during the peak of the pandemic. A good experience shopping today.
Been in few times and have been served by the manager who is horrible, even the staff are on edge. Went into the store on saturday and a totally different vibe and found out the manager was away. What a total different store. Very pleasant, friendly, relaxed and loved being there. The staff are very helpful and professional. When are managers going to learn to invest and be kind to your staff and praise them.
Everything in store is just presented so beautifully, they stock all the best candles and reed diffusers from brands like Ecoya Staff are so helpful ,Xmas decorations are the best....
