i went here with my mum a few times and they were so nice and talked to us throughout the whole appointment but when i went there by myself the one time, one of the women who did my nails rolled her eyes when i asked for matte nails and cut my finger then looked at me and acknowledged her mistake then went back to doing my nails, then when i went there with my friend, the same lady gave her the same treatment and cut a few of her fingers and when she said that it hurt, she rolled her eyes and continued her work. pretty alright outcome although my nails chipped a few days after

I’ve been a few times before and while I used to love getting my nails done there, there is far better. Particularly Keilor roads viva nails. I went and got my eyebrows done not even 10 minutes ago and walked out crying! I asked the lady to not wax the top of my brows and instead she over did them and now I look ridiculous! So frustrated and angry! Never going to return

Bad service. My nails broken within minutes, the staff named hannah is very rude rolling her eyes at me very rough with my hands. My nails broke the next day and i had a word with another staff telling me come in they will fix it for free. I came they fixed it and the staff named hannah screaming at me to pay. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER ASAP

Very rude, careless and unprofessional. Today I asked the lady the front counter for a refill, she looked at my nails and never responded to me, so I walked away.
