Exceeded expectations!!! I ordered the seafood pizza and the salt and pepper squid both were delicious, crispy all over and balanced! NOT oily We were greeted with friendly staff, who were super down to earth and genuine. The food came out fast and hot, a perfect moment on the beach devouring!! 100% looking forward to bragging about the food and coming back!
Very good value for money, got fries and salt and pepper squid, the staff making them was very nice and helpful. Chips were only $6.90 and there was so many of them, that’s why this review is 5 stars… great chips for an even better price!
This place is next level !! We had dinner there and the food was just amazing....equally so were the friendly staff....! Brisket burger, fish burger, brisket pizza, chicken burgers, chips, pork belly etc, etc....we had a feast !... I also liked the blankets offered when it gets chilly outside on the deck which is very thoughtful...Very relaxed dress code and atmosphere, we'll be back!
I had ordered the scotch fillet and the presentation looked as good as it tasted. I had ordered a medium rare and I had no complaints. Food temperature was great and the fries were nice and crispy. Price was reasonable. Staff were very sweet and friendly. Only thing that kind of annoyed me was the sand flies but cmon now it’s on a beach so not really that fussed to be honest. Would recommend this place for any time of the day meal!
Staff are great and location is fantastic. A good selection of beer and decent servings of tasty food. Fish tacos are my regular Friday lunch meal. They have CrowdDJ so patrons can choose what music to play from their phones, a great app. However, the choice of tracks to choose has been limited at the Beach House since Christmas, so the music selection is not so great now.
After living in Orewa for over four years, I’m embarrassed to say this the first time I’ve had food from here! But I finally did it via Uber eats and it was great! Delicious meaty pizza and really good, crispy chips. It won’t take another four years I promise

Was our 1st visit to Beachouse Eatery and our experience was wonderful. It is right on the beach and so we were treated to a stunning view. The atmosphere is warm and inviting like a family restaurant. The waitresses were friendly and efficient and my favourite part was the food. It’s not a top notch restaurant by all means but their food might as well have been, the fish was fresh and the whole meal was packed with flavour. We will be back and will bring friends and family. Awesome
Family of 4 enjoyed good food and good service but shocked that when we arrived and shown to our table, there was food all over the floor where we were to sit. It looked as if the folk before us had had a food fight. We drew the waitress' attention to it and she said they had been too busy to clean it up. Not good enough@
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The vibe, the scenery, the food, and the service, are all exceptional. Linda, our waitress, was incredibly patient in explaining menu items, and with my senior mom. The fish tacos exceeded my expectations, as did my moms prawns! You cannot go to Orewa without giving this place a visit.Food: 5/5
