I went to buy a new Stoney creek jacket and I got the best customer service that I’ve had in such a long time. He was not only helpful in showing me the product on line as they didn’t have it in stock but he was more than happy to organise to have it posted straight to my door and I received it in 2 days. A big thumbs up to bcf and to Jacob for the great service.
Jakob, a bcf employee was very helpful in helping find a good rod and reel combo and the cashier was very friendly
Breathtakingly incompetent staff. Did not know their ass from their elbow. Go anywhere else than here.
Excellent store, staff super helpful and couldn't help us out enough!
I've been shopping here several times. It was good before, but today the experience is bad. There is often no sales assistance in the whole store. And I have some questions with the fishing rod I bought yesterday, then I ask the cashier, she's lacks basic knowledge and a bit rude to me. Better to shop in Anaconda next time. They are much helpful and welcome.
