great service. they let me return a small item that didn’t fit the device i bought it for. my receipt was attached to my phone number account good reason to sign up for this and they had some wellington muck boots in stock for males and females and had my size! had more than what i was looking for
Would leave zero stars if it was an option waiting in line before 4pm to get a gas bottle refil. Conveniently not served till 1 minute past 4 and told no gas refils after 4pm. Store does not shut till 5pm, after reading other reviews pretty sure they just don't like filling gas bottles at all no matter what time. Poor customer service.
Regular shopper at this anacondastore that is always well stocked, and the team are ever so helpful both on the phone and in person. If there is ever a problem, the manager is always around to ensure that everyone ends up happy. Great experience and will always be my first choice of store to buy from.
Store is a mess and products are lying on the floor everywhere. Went to the store after looking an item up online and said they had stock however when I arrived they couldn’t find anything. Figures given the state of the store.
