25/1  @ 3.20pm I was in your store for 30mins and your staff (ladies) were too busy chatting at the counter to even acknowledge my existence and help me out. I needed to get 2 rods and reels before the next day but didnt buy anything. Disappointed.

staff on a Thursday night. When i could GRAB a staff they were really not interested in me but on other work out the back. No staff on the floor = no customers = no store no employment. Have more staff and better customer service
