For the unaware newcomer. Bayside private is a big facade what you see in the front office is far from what you get. Carers are great and 2 counseling sessions a week and thats about it. Chris is a very very poor businessman that cannot even keep promises of regular classes massages and even simple food items. For someone with depression or anxiety this is far from the place for you no help. And as far as the accommodation goes there is no nice gardens they are are nightmare and the house in disrepair check things out very carefully before you commit. Good luck

My experience at Bayside Private was something I haven't experienced before. I went in there lost and broken and within 3 days I found hope. The staff were wondeful and when I needed help I recieved it. I suffer with Anxiety and Depression and if I feel lost again I go to the day program as they offer lifetime aftercare and it reminds me that there is hope and help if I want it. I've have stayed clean and sober for 7 months now and experience happiness when I never thought I would. Thankyou Bayside for bringing me back to life.

An holistic programme which considers the relevant circumstances on an individual basis. With six month’s sobriety, I can attest to the success of the programme.

Padded walls, lab coats and crazy scientists. That's pretty much how I envisioned rehab before commencing at Bayside Private. You can imagine the relief I felt when I arrived at Bayside to discover my perception of rehab couldn't have been more different to the environment they provide. Right from the initial assessment I was made to feel like part of the "Bayside Family". Their staff were absolutely amazing. Always professional but grounded, which was comforting. Every staff member I encountered were such caring souls and were extremely knowledgeable in their specific roles. From management down to the voluntary staff, everyone treated me equally and with respect which was so comforting in the early days as I was so out of my comfort zone. The gratitude my family and I have towards Bayside Private is Infinite. Thanks to the individual specific treatment plan I was able to get and stay clean, improving not just my own but also my families quality of life ten fold. Thank you to each and everyone of you who guided me through my journey of self discovery. Look forward to seeing you all next time I'm in for day program. Bon Voyage Maija

I owe you guys more than any words can ever express, I have a second chance at life. I have my family back and couldn't be happier. All staff are so caring not only during my stay but afterwards also. Thank you so very much.
