Fantastic live music venue/bar and excellent vibe. The bar staff and bar manager are amazing, friendly and welcoming. Such a great place, we've been coming here since 2018 and made some wonderful memories since then. I've also had 2 private functions here, our sons Stag night and our sons 21st. The Bar Manager - Martina is wonderful, always there to make sure you are happy.

Lovely staff - very friendly and helpful! A very cool atmosphere with great live music. There are some sloe moving coloured lights on stage which is much nicer than the fast moving lights - so that didn't bring on any migraines or seizure like some other music venues!, which I appreciated. Good drinks. The only downside is it isn't wheelchair accessible - there is a step to enter. I didn't go upstairs so I am unsure if there is a lift or if it is a stair case. You cam tell that they're really passionate about live music and especially original music. I'd definitely return.

Such a great bar. Been a few times and always have a good time. Usually go on Friday/Saturday and it's packed, but went on a Tues and it was nice and quiet, great for a chat - and finally got to chill in the awesome cosy sofa space near the bar. Love the upstairs when it's open too, though the dance music can be very loud up there when you wanna chat in the cool dark room there.

Perfect place for a quiet night out, first date or a dance. I've been coming here for a few years and the place has really changed for the better in the last few months! The staff are always friendly and the music is always a highlight.

I am a loyal patron to this venue. Have been going here for over 12 years. Know all the staff .. Martina , Oscar, Nicole , Anthony to name but a few. But a few weekends ago all the staff told me they had been dismissed. I didn’t quite believe this until they all showed me their emails. I had my 40th birthday here and moved from Brunswick to Fitzroy to be closer to one of my favourite bars. I haven’t been back since and I won’t ever return . What a sad end to my very loyal relationship to a Fitzroy institution.

A really special place. If you’re local or just passing through, here’s a bar where you can be yourself - meet interesting people both staff and patrons and enjoy a good drink in a great atmosphere. The people who work here make it magical, and you can spend a lot of time at the bar enjoying all the trinkets with the bottles on the wall. There’s art on the walls some by the amazing artist Anthony - who if you’re lucky might be there to serve you an amazing drink and musicians and artists who perform. Definitely a great spot! While I wish I lived nearby to frequent this spot - I’m glad that I don’t, because I would. A lot.

What a great bar! Really cosy nooks, great beer and awesome atmosphere! The bartenders are top notch and the drinks are bloody tasty!

One of my favourite bar in Melbourne. Free-entry live music every day which is amazing. Cozy, small, a great bar to catch up with your friends, enjoy music and even a dance. The bartenders seemed very happy were dancing to the music while working, I loved it.
