I have used Baw Baw taxis a number of times. Great service over the phone and my taxi was on time on each occasion. Very kind people too, as I had to take my very sick cat to the vet and the lady on the phone was absolutely lovely, as were the drivers. All the drivers have been very nice and friendly.
I've been using this Taxi service across the past month and while at first they were always prompt, after having a couple of waits up to an hour, and a no show, I can't rate the service higher than 3 star, there is no excuse for these issues in a world that has Uber as an option. They have remained helpful and polite so I don't take issue with the drivers or support staff.
my 15 year old daughter booked this poorly ran taxi service after finishing work when she spilt a little bit of her drink she was carrying and then the driver abused her when it was due to his braking! she came home in tears and then i tried to ring the company to complain about the driver but hides itself thru a booking company in NSW as stated. my daughter all left her fone in the taxi and the driver came back bashing on my door! kuto's for coming back but to abuse a lil girl over spilt milk very lucky his still standing and ill never use this taxi service again!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST TAXI SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED- I pre-booked a taxi yesterday to arrive at 8:30am today as I have a important appointment scheduled for 9:00am….. AND IM STILL AT HOME WITH NO BAW BAW TAXI IN SITE AND ITS NOW 9:05am…. And when I rang at 8:40am to fi d out were the taxi is- I was told I should “hopefully” be picked up shortly… UUUUUMMMM no I should have been picked up at 8:30am so I was at my appointment ON TIME considering I bloody pre-booked YESTERDAY….. WORST SERVICE- NO WONDER IT WAS SO EASY FOR UBER TO MOVE IN AND TAKE OVER THE TAXI WORLD— it won’t be to long Warragul residents and you’ll be able to order an Uber to take you about- A LOT CHEAPER AND A HELL OF A LOT QUICKER ..
Never on time half the time they don't show and this is for a booked taxi for an service that keeps my partner alive the service is not up to scratch and they need to look at there customer service it is very poor if you prebook a taxi 3 times a week at the same time it should be there on time no excuses the later you are the later he gets home because he misses the time he is supposed to put on th dialysis machine l am not happy
Took two rides on two days between Warragul and Drouin, both were done with great chats which made the drive short
Each time we’ve come to Warragul we’ve used this service to get out to restaurants and wineries. It’s been very reliable and the smarthail app easy to use.
Booked a taxi for 7pm driver was early fantastic. Got in lovely to chat to & got us to our party on time & in a safe manner. Fantastic service keep up the good work. Only sorry i didnt get the drivers name.
Had book a taxi for my client who requires a wheelchair accessible car. the taxi had been confirmed by the company. approximately 5mins later I had called to book a return taxi for my client - the taxi driver had then canceled the entire trip. Both to and from. Extremely disappointed! Would recommend going through Pakenham taxis.
Terrible service. Always call in advance to get my daughter my daughter to work, and book it for earlier than required ‘just in case’, She has been late for work twice this week, and it happens all the time. Call centre staff are extremely rude. Every time saying ‘it’s on its way’, or ‘it’s 2km away’ when it’s not. And before you say there’s 3 taxi services in Warragul are you sure it’s us? Yes it’s you. And no you won’t find a booking in my name because I book it for my daughter in her name, so no excuses. I can show you your number in my call log. Will be using one of the other taxi services in Warragul from now on. You need to lift your game and teach your staff some social skills. Clearly I am not the only one who has had the same issue, and it wasn’t a one time thing.
