My first visit to the vet with my new little fur baby. What a great experience! They made me and my puppy at ease. They so clearly love animals!  If you are looking for an experienced and caring team look no further!!!

Ernie and Annette have been so supportive and helpful both to myself and a friend visiting with her dog. From the moment you call you feel reassured and supported. Ernie is very knowledgeable and one of the most empathic and compassionate vets I have met. So caring that it is obvious he joins in your worry when your animal is unwell and will do anything a vet is capable of to help. Thank you for looking after my dog. It is comforting to know he is in such good hands every time he has had to visit. From abdominal surgery to injections. Thank you.

My husband and I were very impressed with Ernie on our first visit. Not only was he great with our 8 week old pup Roy, but he also picked up that we had the wrong microchip information. All the staff were really friendly. Would definatly recommend.

We live in Pelican Waters and Battery Hill vets was recommended to us. WOW Ernie Annette and team are truly awesome. My little Burmese too her injection with no fuss I didnt even realise it was done, I hate watching needles. Broken tail should be fixed in 6 weeks . Highly recommend them.
