Was helped by Rhiannon and Anthony in getting my Cat Tia back over the weekend. They were so friendly and accommodating. Took my situation into consideration and we worked together to get her back home. So so very appreciative of them both doing such an amazing job!! Thank you!!

Missed our bin collection on Monday then when they were finally emptied they weren't emptied properly rubbish still in there not the first time streets in corinella and corenet bay continually missed bins not put back properly your excuse newly trained people maybe train them better  never seen a road sweeper unless you ring for one. Rates go up but the council doesn't serve the rate payers well absolute joke .

I must compliment Mark, Noel and the lass on reception, as well as the outdoor staff of the Council, on their professionalism, competency and friendly approach when I reported an issue that arose during a visit to Cowes recently. Staff acted swiftly to remedy the matter Well done all!

Why wouldn’t you increase the general waste collection to weekly over the very busy Christmas/New Year period. Uncollected general waste bins everywhere. The others are weekly, so why not general waste for this period. Very average service.

Just like to write a review on the Wonthaggi Bin collecting service....Every fortnightFriday morning when the normal red rubbish bin goes out...The bin collection service never seem to empty out the rubbish bins properly ...The bins need to be shakin at least twice so they are completely emptied....Next time I will be taking photos and posting them on the shire councils page....Thankyou
