Absolutely disgraceful customer service! Would give 0 stars if I could. After 3 messages and no return phone call finally get in contact someone from there only to be given a lecture on how it should have already been serviced and my builder should have advised me of that. The roller door only had a problem After the recent storms. Not interested in helping by coming out only interested in lecturing and then telling me that I can fix it!!
Poor people skills & rude. Left rubbish everywhere. Used old rotting decking wood that was destined for the tip as structural support! When approached about the issue was rude and condescending. STAY AWAY!
I wouldn't bother dealing with these people. They don't seem to want to care about the customers needs.
John and his team built my new farm shed - I found him to be helpful and approachable when discussing required works.
