We've used Basic Rentals before and we'll continue to use this company again and again! Hassle free & great organisation of a rental van with short notice, cheap, honest, reliable, friendly and down to earth. We used a cargo van which has ample space, and opens from both sides and the rear. With an automatic you have no worries and it was a horrible and rainy day. Thanks Basic Rentals we will be back again soon! You've never failed to support us, keep up the great work team!
A medium sized truck was adequate for the job of moving house, clean and tidy and running well. Booking was too easy and the service team exceptional. Wouldn't bother to consider any other truck rental company.

I've used this.company for almost approx years and.when they started to there company at their home. Still my go to truck hostage and as usual, BEST, in South Auckland by far. Affordable prices and good.customer service. Thank you team and love your work. Til next time.
Good service. Easy process. Friendly. Thank you team my first review I wrote for them as I was just wanting to be nice The owner did his best to help my mum and I try to be kind towards services as I know mistakes happen. However, I've since changed my mind as the whole process was not easy. So much miscommunication on their end. The bond took about 3 weeks to be refunded as they kept stuffing it up! So many staff dealing with my paperwork that they kept confusing themselves. One will say this and another will say something totally different or they don't say it at all until the day of!! After expressing into detail about how disappointed I was via email, I got no apology. I waited a few more days incase I got a reply but no. So here I am, letting whoever reads this know... basic rental staff was a headache to deal with!
We have used basic rentals for couple of years since they were at roscommon and takanini the staff guys have been Awesome to deal with.we have used all sizes to move and fare prices wont go anywhere else
Cheapest rates I could find for a flat deck truck.Easy process and staff friendly and helpful. Vehicle was very clean and tidy.. had no problems. Highly recommend

The rental prices are excellent! Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. E-mails are answered quickly and efficiently. I feel you might be a bit understaffed on a weekend though. We felt very sorry for the lady that just started working at Basic rentals with no help until 8.35 am Sunday morning. She tried her best until help arrived. Overall great company and very happy we came across Basic Rentals. One more knowledgeable staff member that starts early enough on a weekend will give you 5 stars. We will definitely use you again in the future and definitely recommend your services to everyone else. It was a pleasure dealing with Basic rentals.
