Base Woodfired Pizza

Love the wood fire pizza. It's authenticity is number one in Christchurch. Superb taste unlike others. If you have a company of three please make sure you order two large pieces of pizza. You wouldn't regret it. Cheers.

The mushroom and feta pizza is delicious! However I found the Margherita lacking, the base was thickly covered in tomato sauce and I could not taste anything else.

I had Sir George pizza, very tasty and fair prices, pleasant service, def be back!

Great little spot being amongst a whole lot of eateries in a shared space. Great vibes and buzzing atmosphere. Tasty pizza.

It was really delicious food and I would go back to eat again from there also the stuff was really nice give us some beaches to visit there and they was so friendly.

The pizza was good but not that great. The fries is a no for me, the herbs were just too strong.

Found these guys at Ruapuna park during the NZSBK champs with their fantastic classic Bedford pizza truck. Delicious & filling pizza, made by friendly happy people.

I think I have found my new favourite meal in Christchurch - brisket loaded fries from Base Pizza and at only $15 they're a bargain - huge huge huge portion! My partner and I shared a pizza with the loaded fries and were both terribly full afterwards. Little High is an amazing place to get food and it's no surprise it's always busy!
