My partner is having treatment at Andrew love at the moment can’t praise them enough and a big shout out to the wellness centre which provides a much nicer place to wait than a regular waiting room extra big thanks to Jennie, Lynn and the other wonderful volunteers a lot of people would be going through treatment alone and they do a wonderful job
The overall experience in the oncology unit has been very disappointing, beginning with the trolls at the front desk that act as prison wardens turning family members away, then there’s the merry go round of nurses that are not across patients’ history or treatment and for the most part are unable to answer the simplest of questions.nThere were one or two nurses that were helpful but the rest were quite rude and abrasive and lacked empathy
The caring staff are the best I have ever come across. Everything is done so fast, they really are amazing, the best hospital I have ever been to or admitted into. After 2 stem cell transplants, I think I know what I'm talking about.....
This place is totally useless can't tell difference between an infection or cancer, they perform unnessesary surgery and wreck your life totally when you dont even need it and stress you out telling you that it's cancer when it's nothing more than a fungal infection. I'm seeking legal advice for negligence and malpractice.
Hi , this is all so new to me, but so far all my experience at the center has been positive. The staff are absolutely wonderful; caring, supportive and knowledgeable.
