TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! Worst customer service I've had in Sydney. Had a voucher and they refused to honour it. Said they were fully booked out. Then told me it was my fault for not booking earlier. Perhaps they shouldn't sell so many vouchers if they can't handle the volume. If this is their idea of customer service, I'd hate to think what their cooking skills are like. I'll take my money down to the Sydney Fish Markets next time - for better, fresher, tastier seafood!
When with a voucher. $24 each for a seafood platter including a bottle of wine between 2. Platter was supposedly worth $130. 2 small pieces of fish, 2 overcooked scallops, 2 frozen prawn skewers, some calamari and soft shell crab and piles of chips. For what we paid was ok, but would be very angry if I paid $130!!!! Service was non existent. Received the platters and staff ignored. No offer of coffee dessert etc
The food is very average, I have seen much better seafood platters for the same or less price tag. The service was very slow, while the staff were friendly, they did not once check on us during our meal, if we wanted something we had to wait for one of them to look our way or walk by our table to flag them down.
Excellent location and is easily accessible form Wynyard station. A good place for dinner and drinks. It is a seafood menu but is always fresh, good quality and tasty! Very clean and very nice decor inside. Great for a business lunch and a great place to take friends or family to dinner.
The food here is really good - we bought a voucher which made it very affordable although the prices normally may be a bit on the higher side without a voucher. I was very disappointed with the customer service here as it took almost 10 mins before we were acknowledged by the waitress and then the manager was abusing some customers that were already seated before us We had already finished our mains and they had not even been served entree yet and were being yelled at. I would probably only come back here again if there was another online voucher deal.
Got a takeaway coffee and ham and cheese croissant. Coffee was good. However for a grand total of $19 the food which I'd asked for well done was only like warm.... not happy....
close to the way to circluar Quay, it is busy during summer time, and service need a bit waiting time , but never mind, a good place to catch up with friends. no parking available . food is nice
Poor customer service, greasy unfresh food, they tried to give two glasses of wine when they advertised that the meal goes with a free bottle of wine.
