Bought a KJoe Gill all thanks to Cary. We were so determined to get a professional BBQ and had no idea which one as there was so much choice in the office. He was so patient and showed us all and explained every detail. Would highly recommend this shop thanks! An absolute pleasure to shop in this Cairns store. We were attended to by the very helpful and informative Troy. After much discussion we purchased the Ziegler and Brown triple burner portable bbq. Received lots of extras as a package deal and even a manager's discount. Thankyou Troy and manager Sarah. Can't wait to use it, once we have calibrated thermostat as per Troy's instructions. No more hot kitchens, woohoo!! We highly recommend Barbeques Galore Cairns.
Bought a BBQ Alfresco, after 3 months it is covered in rust it is located undercover. They refuse to cover this in warranty. Awful company.
First visit, great customer service, Cary knew his stuff and was very helpful. Second visit to purchase and staff never asked to help, had to go up to the counter and ask to be served. Lucky we knew what we wanted so we just collected it, paid and left. Good prices, love the Ziggy, shame staff are inconsistent in service.

Great knowledge and service received by Cary and the team with my recent BBQ purchase. I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted but Cary was very knowledgeable and sold me in the Ziggy Triple Grill and some extra versatile plates to suit my needs.
Great service. Very helpful. The staff are more than happy to show you through the different BBQ in stock plus set you up with all the extras. As a female first time smoker. The staff were very good and gave me all the info I needed to get started. They delivered to T.I with no problems.
Hardly any stock. I got a voucher given to me so I had to shop here. I got something I didn't want or need because they have very little Komodo Joe stock and what they do have is the stuff that comes with every grill.
Went in store today and was greeted warmly by Nina, supper happy, helpful and knowledgeable. We actually had real good chats and I really enjoyed the service I was given. PS - didn’t enjoy reading the below review from Chloe, basically insulting every person that ever worked at Coles or behind a checkout. Unnecessary and spiteful.
Went there today. " No service " Spoken with neighbours about it . They were going to purchase a trager bbq. Also they had the same comments, "no service". 3 people on behind counter on phones . Common guys. Sunday wages to. $$
