This is how I found my ailing father 2021 on the coldest day in June..... He died one month later!! They ignored my requests to have his throat checked as he was not able to speak or swallow food. They gave him lozenges instead of anti biotics.  2 weeks later he died in hospital with septosimia!!!  It could have been prevented had the stupid doctor listened to me, but rather I lost a respectful worldly known icon to this nursing home at a young age of 86.  May he rest in peace.  Taken too early by bureaucracy and cutting costs in nursing homes.

Nursing & personal carers have been excellent, on behalf of my elderly mother !
