Please dont join ANMF if you are a PCA/Support Worker or a carer. They do not care and will not help. I was a member and I had an urgent enquiry. I called ANMF and I was asked to email them. So I did, I didnt hear back from anyone for more then a week. I decided to call and find out what was going on so I spoke to a rude customer service operator. This lady would not listen to what I had to say and just kept talking over me. 

I complaint to Lisa, who is the head of ANMF and the reply I got was "The person forgot to forward the email to the right department and regarding the rude lady, I was told that Lisa spoke to her and she denied being rude or talking over me". Bottom line is that If you are a PCA, be prepared to be treated like an idiot by ANMF. They simply do not care and arrogance is through the roof. What a shame.

Please join ASU. They are a great union.
