So, 2 weeks ago I attempted to open an account online, for some reason they managed to screw up my verification. Funny as I had no issues with another bank not 2 months before. So, I was told to got to the bank, so twice in the past 2 weeks I have attempted to go to this bank but in both instances they were closed 'reduced hours'. Pardon, they apparently don't want customers with money too deposit, or with excellent credit. If this is the hassle now and the poor level of service I can only guess what it would be like when there is a real issue. Their loss, plenty of alternate choices.

Always friendly, helpful, great service. Never any long waits, handy self serve machines available. Have been with them for years, wouldn't go anywhere else. Best bank ever!
Customer services staff at Adelaide branch Rundle Mall were ALL extremely rude, racist and unhelpful. Very bad experience with this branch.
Called to make sure I had everything I needed to open a savings account. With everything accounted for they said "head on in". I gather my documents + $5000 cash to deposit into a hero savings account. Tell the teller when I arrive I would like to open an account. She sits me down in the waiting area. I wait 45 minutes and then she returnes to inform me that there are no staff available to open an account for me... No staff left. I was waiting with the door in sight. Wasted my afternoon and just felt like my money was no good to them. Terrible -$14 for parking in the city Please consider if the 0.04 % interest advantage will cover cost of parking. Even if you park there once just to open an account... if you can open an account!
Had a telephonic appointment for braking the fixed cost Mortgage but they couldn’t fix it that time, gave appointment next week but didn’t contact me. Gave them a call back they saying they can organise another appointment on next week ,this is my 4th appointment for the same issue, I am not sure whether I get any call from there!! Waiting———waiting
This is a great branch I was in and out in no time!
rubbish service. almost no access to branches. had to call to find out that my account was hacked and my accounts were frozen at christmas. poor record of contact. branches close before 5. no record of transactions over weekends...i could go on. one middle finger
Absolute rubbish bank to deal with, don't waste your time, they are rude and unhelpful
BW's customer service has gone steadily downhill since CBA took it over, with higher fees and lower savings interest rates. Before the CBA takeover, the savings rates were one of the best of 2nd tier banks.
