The worst experience of my life. Was unlucky enough to be a passenger on one your coaches replacing trains on the Newcastle Central Coast line. Express service which left Central Station at 4.20 pm today and arrived at Cardiff Station at 8.10 pm. Consider myself lucky to have arrived alive. This driver should NOT be driving any vehicle never lone a coach. Speeding and totally ran off the road after leaving Fassifern Station and really thought that it was going to roll over. He obviously had absolutely no idea where he was supposed to be going or how to get there.

Worst experience ever. Would not book from this coach again as the customer service was very rude and unprofessional. One of the staff actually accused me of not paying their service A YEAR AFTER I USED THEIR SERVICE. I even had the proof of payment for that service. Turns out it was their mistake and found my payment after giving me so much hassle. I would not recommend this company at all.

Would not recommend it to anyone. The staff was rude and the service was bad. Truly disappointed.
