Great selection to choose from. Fairly priced. Service is fantastic in store/sales. Actually work is terrible. We had floor boards installed and the end product looks cheap and dodge not due to product but very very poor workmanship. The also made a terrible mess of our home sawdust everywhere!!!...through entire garage, balcony, neighbours cars! Didn't finish trims properly, uneven and gaps in the floor. Underlay not laid properly, squeaks and gaps, feels like it will snap under your feet. Was laid onto a concrete floor. This is the second time I've used this franchise. First time I assumed it was just the Campbelltown store that did terrible work (installed carpet and vinyl). Never again. Spend the few extra dollars and go somewhere else. The workmanship makes all the difference.

Only needed 1 bedroom to be carpeted but still received excellent service from sales to carpet layers. Will be using Carpet Court Bankstown again.

If you have a small job that needs to be done, don't bother. They didn't even bother giving a proper price, they pulled a random number out of thin air. Not friendly. Would not recommend.

These guys are great. Had bamboo floors installed and they were nothing but helpful the whole time. Went above and beyond the call on all occasions we met, opened the store after hours, brought lots of samples to our place. Floors look great, highly recommend these guys.

Jung and Christian were very easy to deal with, they gave us an amazing price and the installation happened with the minimum of fuss, the whole experience was very easy. We have re carpeted our house three times over the years and carpeted many rental properties and carpet Court are up there with the best. Thankyou.....Bernie and Rae, Illawong.
