Have had lots of issues with internet banking, they promise to call me back to find a solution but never do. Highly recommend banking with anyone else other than bank of us. Shame really.

Went into the branch today to get some help on a few things, the service provided by Jane and Tyler was really professional and helpful. I left feeling like a valued customer with all my requests resolved :

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, $5:00 per statement to get them over the counter because I was unable to log on to online banking, closing accounts & taking my business elsewhere.

Great service with full-featured banking, and our money stays in Tasmania.
