Banking ap so clunky & useless, no search option. They would want to upgrade soon or I'm off!

Absolutely hopeless. Can not get into my own account using correct customer number and password. Changed password still nothing. Had help from customer rep at Mystate still nothing. What's the bet they are in they process of lowering the interest rate on my savings. Now going in to town to try sort. wonderful operation and lucky the politicians allow this to continue after the royal commission into banking. Woeful, unacceptable and disgusting - deceitful to say but never do. If it were a restaurant the customer would the the plate back at you and walk out not paying -rightfully so

Today I went to mystate launceston they were closed at 4pm new opening hours why close at 4pm . Go back to 5pm. I'm not happy I have to go Tuesday to the bank I hope I can make it busy Tuesday. Not a happy customer.

Easily the worst bank I've come across don't waste your time with MyState. The app design is horrendous whoever worked on it should honestly be fired.

The phone banking is a nightmare to try and talk with a consultant
