Rude staff that make you feel like a nuisance - your customer service is appalling. In fact its enough to send me to another bank. If this is how you treat all your customers I'm surprised anyone comes into your branch at all.
Not sure if it's just BNZ in general or just the Kapiti branch. But our Business banks with them and trying to do anything simple like grab a change order or bank some cash is an absolute pain in the backside when it does not have to be. The ladies here are rude and really good at making you feel like you're annoying them before you even speak, they'll stand there gossiping to each other for a good couple minutes before actually greeting you. If you're here trying to decide which bank to bank with, don't choose this one. There is no customer service here for businesses or personal banking customers. Go to ANZ or Westpac instead.
Poor communication. Different staff giving different advice and no one was willing to take any responsibility. Don't bank with them.
Never enough staff on although the ones that are on are very helpful
