Their opening hours are all over the place, just about always closed in the afternoons. The minimal staff aren't exactly what I'd call helpful or particularly friendly. ATM is often not able to take deposits and several times of late holds on to your card while it takes longer than 5 minutes to process a transaction. Trying to get hold of anyone on the phone is nigh impossible.

Juliet is an amazing help! Set up my accounts with no issue and was very helpful with all of my questions. Such a great asset to this store :

They looked down on my daughter and treated her disrespectfully. We are about to take away a total of $1.5 mil of our business away. This includes ASB Securities- that part is a shame.

Spent 30 minutes signing up internet banking etc and received no follow up info etc, spent 5 minutes on the phone just now and not answered. Rung ASB 0800 number and they said someone would get in touch with me regarding not seeing me in the system and no one has got back to me....it's been 3 weeks. Very poor service.

A pretty compact branch with only a couple of staff. On three occaisons here we've had mediocre experiences with staff. Not betting it'll get much better any time soon.

Good ASB branch, with friendly staff and good options for depositing money.
