So the big stand alone building is closed. There is still a functioning ATM over there. But this address shows the location of the BNZ branch INSIDE manukau City westfield MALL. It is just opposite the ASB in the mall.

I been BNZ bank manukau branch and the bank staff behaviour is rude.they don’t know how to deal with the people.I use BNZ bank last 7-8 years.but I think soon I can change my bank.

Waited for an hour only to be told what i was inquiring about is handled over the phone. But when i called the phone I was told to come into the bank. ANNOYED and waste of my time. You’re better off going to a bank in the other high income areas for better customer service

8May22 2025 Good service despite my wife and me having it two year old granddaughter with us .. dough her best to look closely at all the BNZ furniture, talk baby talk to BNZ staff and other customers ..

The best experience I’ve ever had in opening a new account. Fuifatu was super professional and efficient in stepping me through the process. 10 out of 10!!

Waited for over 40mins in line today to activate a new company credit card and the staff where not helpful at all. Seriously terrible service that needs to be looked into. I'm glad I'm not a customer here.

Worst customer service ever they don’t care about how long you have to wait in queue Specially old lady who was standing at ID verification booth she was so rude she don’t know what customer service means she supposed to not to work there where customer is priority

Hopeless.  Called the call center and they didn't know what they were talking about.  After 30 minutes of getting nowhere and being put on hold at least 4 times, I asked to speak to the supervisor.  She wouldn't take my call and my call reverted back to the person who didn't know what she was doing.  If you expect customer service then find another bank as you will not get it at the BNZ

I have been with bank for 4 yrs now.. every time I need to top up or do any personal banking it takes the crew members multiple weeks to arrange anything. My commitments have to always be put on hold. Very disappointed. They also never attend to any calls n reply so late that by the time 1 replies bank is already closed for the day.

My work has an account here - they have the friendliest staff. I've often seen them taking extra time to help the disabled or elderly or people who's first language is not English.
