If you’re looking for a free leg workout that’s better than the gym, come stand in line here while you wait for customer service. Long lines regardless the time of day, and you will be waiting almost an hour to see someone. Staff will stand in the background to observe, but not at the desk that they’ve kept closed. Try any other branch if you’re in a rush.
Pls have ticket numbers for customers. And give them seats. And even your staff too. I don't know how much ASB pay for their employees. But not worth for standing all day at all. Nothing important then health. Look like everyone need go to see Podiatrist. Thanks
Love that young lady name MEL, she was being absolutely patient and helpful even when it's passed her working hour! Managed to open a bank account with her assistance in a speedy manner, this has easily become our best banking experience in NZ. Thanks a lot MEL.
Can I think of a worst customer service? Probably not. ‘cause I have never come across worst service and untrained staff like this lot. No care in the world at all. Don’t bother if the customers are standing in the queue for long or bother to provide them with full info.
Shocking queue length & poor customer experience. Two cash transaction counters and one non-cash counter. The cash customer queue was long. But the non-cash counter had no one. So the teller that was on the non-cash counter just walked off. You'd think that she could help with the cash customers huh? Nope. And the two cash counters were manned by trainees. Poor things. They managed but if the other counter was opened that would ease the load.
Noted that customers are in queue to be served, your counter staff gone missing without any indication. This branch seriously need to improve their service!
Beware the wait time can range anywhere from 45 mins to 1 hour. Long queues, limit of 9 customers inside the branch , priority hour for elderly between 9-10 and 1 hour lunch break between 11:30-12:30. All these adds to the wait times. If you are wanting to do simple things be prepared for long wait times and best to avoid these times. Despite all these staff are doing the best to assist.
Waiting in line for over an hour. 4 operators working and then i get to the front and they close 2x operators. Your team needs to all be working to get rid of the numbers of people waiting in line. I have no idea why yous do that for. I also dont know why yous closed manurewa branch. A huge suggestion is to Open a asb branch in Clendon as many asb members are living in that area
THE worst branch in Auckland. If I could give it a Zero I would. The so called "Customer service agents" are snobby, lazy and very rude. They have refused to help my employees with depositing cash EVEN while all their machines were down.. in fact they tell numerous customers to go to other branches... despite the 20min drive. Should have a think about better training or better selection of employees perhaps?
Came here due to lots of branches not being open. Queue was very long when I arrived but staff were coming out to meet people in the queue in order to sort issues quicker. Very helpful and friendly staff. Best service at a bank I’ve had in a long time.
