Balmain Rowing Club is a community club in the heart of Balmain. We pride ourselves on being a "community club," and we offer the opportunity for all members of the community to enjoy the sport of rowing both recreationally and in competition, at novice, intermediate and elite levels.

Such a good club to be part of. The welcome is friendly and it's a real community. The view from the boathouse is just beautiful, looking out over the marina and out to Cockatoo Island

Lovely location on the waterfront. Adequate parking on the street. Nice place to sit, relax and take in the marvellous views.

Great little venue, perfect for private functions. I like that it hasn't been remodelled or modernised as most places have, so it still retains its historical charm. If you are looking for a harbour no view of bridge or opera house though but who cares then this place is perfect.

Nice view and cozy club

We held a 60th birthday party at BRC last weekend. Despite wet weather, the venue was perfect, a great space with lovely ambience and views. We were able to provide our own catering which allowed us to have the standard of food and drinks which was important to us. The new carpet was also a huge bonus, as well as good fridge, freezer space and large oven.  induction stove top was limiting. We would definitely hire again!

The veiw is amazing the parking is a little hard to find and you get booked straight away but great venue for functions
