Had SMSF managed by Ballast, very high cost and low returns. Not surprised to see ASIC suspended their license. When I decided to move on they were very obstructive and hindered the process. Very average!

Very poor and slow service after the mortgage is in place, waited for months to get my EOFY statements from my investment loans, contacting them several times. Ended up doing some googling found the contact for the lender, sent an email had them within 12 hours. I guess I was wrong thinking the mortgage broker was supposed to do that stuff for you!

Have been with this mob for over 8yrs now , always get friendly sound advice ,o also a good return.
