Previously had great service from these people then last year went to have my computer & monitor serviced. Computer was fixed but owner said the monitor couldn't be fixed and asked me four times if I wanted him to throw into his rubbish bin out the back (would cost me $100 for him to find me a second hand one to replace it!) 
Thought this was a bit suspicious so I took it home and low and behold it worked just fine!  Never again

Instantly understood what i required, could speak tech and they knew exactly what i was talking about, every other PC shop in Ballarat is just after your money and is no help at all. There's no wasting time here, I highly recommend to anyone who wants a job done right the first time!
