2 theatres that present quality theatre to the public. The jewel of theatres in Adelaide. Also have a brilliant Fringe program every year.
It's a snug feeling theater with a tiny stage and minimal seating. They have a nice drink range but is slightly overpriced. Nothing else to say really other than the foyer needs a little bit of an upgrade.
Intimate, historic theatre with good community engagement and performances. Small bar for pre-show and intermission drinks. Seats are a bit uncomfortable but otherwise a good place to watch a show.
A quirky little theatre with a troop of amateur actors who give it their all. My 11 year old daughter and I both enjoyed the play. Give the cinema a miss and support your local theatre.
Just watched the performance of Wyrd Sisters. Great cast and great play. Good signage and intructions around masks, checking in and social distancing but not much enforcing.
The theatre itself is comfortable, great stage area for ameture productions. Sound and music were professional and the play I saw was great value for money. The waiting area is a little squishy but has cheap drinks and nibbles play opening night. A fun inexpensive night out.
Sad to find out that the venue was closing but appreciated the fantastic performance of a street car named desire for the theatre finale strong performances were a fitting tribute
Great little theatre space, great little Fringe show.
Such a amazing venue! I loved how it was small and contained it was. Watching the play we did, and sitting in the front row was amazing.. Loved that we could take out alcoholic drinks in there. Staff were amazing and very he helpful.
Lovely intimate venue. Friendly staff. Note: The only place we've come across in Adelaide insisting on masks. Take your own or but them at the bar.
