I went to the Bondi junction store to have my prescription renewed. While there I asked the optometrist if he could give me a lesson on how to use contact lenses as I had been taught previously but hadn’t used them since the training. Jeremy was so kind and patient and I left feeling confident I could do it myself. He has great patience and a lovely manner and took his time to show me everything in detail. Thanks Jeremy! Also the staff on the desk are super friendly and helpful!
Great service and a good range of glasses. I’ve been getting glasses at B&N for years, the only gripe I have is that I now have many identical glasses cases. I wish you would offer different colours or shapes so I don’t have to open all the cases to find if it’s my sunglasses, reading glasses or distance glasses.
I went to my optometrist and found out my eye discomfort was an ulcer! Bailey Nelson was able to get me in shortly after on a Saturday! and I was able to get prescribed drops the same day. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the service and the scheduled follow up. I’ll be getting my new glasses from them too now. Great service.

We took our daughter in for a routine exam. Thanks to the thoroughness of the doctors they were able to detect a small detachment of her retina. They walked us through the next steps and set it up so that the emergency room was ready for us. Forever grateful for the wonderful work!

Appointments always run on time. Staff are knowledgeable. There is always someone to greet you and also help you find what glasses best suit you. Staff are friendly and the whole experience is very smooth.
Really appreciate the advice, the service and the efficiency. I had been in a hurry and they fit me in, did my licence paperwork for me and patiently advised me on glass frames. Recommending for sure!
The optometrist was exceptional picking up things others never noticed. The manager there was also very helpful and friendly making the whole better than I have had in the past with others.
