Great price, swift delivery, and a wider range of products than any other lighting warehouse I tried from the UK. I was after a flat panel light, preferably Hue, and dmlights were one of only three suppliers I could find, and got it to me for about fifty pounds less than their competitors offered.

Very responsive and good after sale support. UPS totally messed up the delivery because it was too large to deliver at a drop-off point and I could not get in touch with UPS myself, but Neel from support sorted it all out for me and followed it up until I received my delivery. The lights are of good quality and correct price. I recommend.
Very bad returns policy for UK based customers and i would not recommend using this company. They specify you cannot use the post office to return goods and only a courier service which once all extra charges are paid, dependent on the cost of the item bought, is not worth it.
Contacted DmL in order to get a tiny spare part for the snoopy lamp by Flos. They put in the best service asking detailed questions, sending pictures etc. They must have spent a lot of time on this and I am deeply grateful. Super professionel and very friendly! THank you!

Ordered several times from DM LIGHTS. Both for pick up super convenient and delivery. All smooth speedy. Customer service dept is responsive and solution oriented. Kudos to Gökce Sevil and Gael.
The worst provider I bought from. Suggest not to trust them. We bought from the Swiss site dmlights.ch and AFTER the delivery we were told we should have paid custom taxes. we didn't ask to import, we bought from the state we live in and we then were asked to pay. Bery very bad service. DON'T TRUST THEM.
