Garlic Nann are sooo yummy! $16 for 3 curries is such a great deal! Loved the curry here, even my 13 year old loved it. Will return for sure!
First time at Baba curry house, staff very pleasant and helpful. Beef vindaloo and lamb madras was exceptional, I think this will be our go-to curry house from now on
We ordered the butter chicken and a beef curry both inedible. The butter chicken was like a tomato soup and the roti was a pita bread. The nan was also overcooked. I called and said we couldn't eat it and there was no apology just said to go through uber to get a refund. Will never order again such a let down very disappointing especially when you spend $70.
We order takeaway from here once a week , we just love it Great portion size with good serving of meats compared to most places and flavour to die for ‍ I love spicy vindaloo and my kids love your butter chicken ...Nann bread is light and fluffy a must with your curry's. Keep up the great work guys
Sorry but this has been the worst curry I have ever tasted. Everything was so very bland. We ordered a few dishes and honestly there was no flavour to any of them, even the medium to hot madras curry was tasteless. Korma's.....forget it, the onion bahji's and naan bread were very dry and burnt, The pilau rice...well I have no idea what it was but it tasted like shredded cardboard. I definitely won't be ordering from them again. Very disappointing as I like to support local businesses.
The food here for me is always good. Chicken korma, garlic naan. Can't go wrong
It was the best chicken vindaloo curry I ever had in my life! I don't usually leave comment but I had to! It was toooooo delicious. Please stay in Banksia Grove forever
We dined here last night 01/01/22. The food was lovely. I have to say I loved the way the lady serving customers responded to a rather difficult customer. She diffused the whole situation for all parties other customers & staff. Well done!
Fresh. Delicious and authentic Indian food. Nan's and Baji are amazing and every dish we've had has been exquisite. Baba Curry House deserves much higher than a 3.9 rating. We're lucky to have this place in the Grove/Carramar.
We have always enjoyed a takeaway meal from the Baba Curry House in Banksia Grove Village, but were absolutely gobsmacked, when collecting my meal recently, to note that the prices have increased to ridiculous highs - a lamb curry going from $18 to &24.50 and every other dish having risen at the same rate. A chicken korma has gone from $17.50 to $23, which I always order, so on that note we shall now abandon the Baba Curry House and can get the same “sit in” meal in a nice Indian restaurant for less money.
