So we arrived late last night to find the room we had booked with a spa bath via booking.com we did not get then when we approached the guy about it he wasn't happy proceeded to tell us we had only booked for 2 people when in fact we had booked for 3 he rectified it and gave us a lovely room which we are greatful for the best room but told us not to make a mess at all the attitude was off to say the least and my family felt really uncomfortable wasn't a very nice ending to a long day of traveling I have attached proof that we had indeed booked for 3 people.

On our southern trip we have stayed at many motels but Asure is head and shoulders above the rest. Easy to find, friendly service, spacious room, clean, warm and comfortable.  The experience is one we will repeat.  Thankyou.

Me and my girlfriend had an unexpected turn in our trip because she had to get her appendix removed. We explained the situation to Asure Avenue and they were of great help. We got to stay in a room downstairs with plenty of space, a nice bed, a clean and big bathroom and a little kitchen with everything you need.nThis was the perfect place to recover and we had a very nice stay. Definitely recommend if you want to visit Timaru.

Location, service etc was great. However... with a dodgy hip I booked a downstairs executive spa unit, upon arrival we were put upstairs in similar room. Spa was great !!!! Lost stars for the basic room, broken toilet seat and the bed was the awful bed I've have the unpleasure of trying to sleep in, the couch wasn't much better. Sadly I will not be back here for another stay, over priced for the accommodation provided.

Great spacious room with big bathroom and great hot water pressure. Competitive prices and super friendly staff. Highly recommended.
