After my altercation with a car my front wheel was slightly buckled so Sam and Candice at AvantiPlus fixed it for me at minimal cost. The day before the accident I had bought a new bike jacket from Avanti and a few days ago my car got broken into and the jacket got pinched. I asked Sam to order me another which I picked up today. They didn't charge me for it because they thought I was having a pretty crappy week. It was totally unexpected and hugely appreciated. I bought my latest road bike from them and various other bits and pieces and always find them super friendly and helpful. We're really lucky to have such a great supportive locally owned bike shop
A good Avanti store, great location now that they've moved from their old place.
I have always enjoyed very good service here.
