Great service and great value for money. Booked hire car from the Uk and on the date and time requested the car was delivered to where we were staying in Melbourne. Returning the car was easy. Just a few blocks away from the airport and then a shuttle bus takes you to the airport. Highly recommend AUZ rental cars.

The good: Value for money. The bad: 1) Awkward location off airport 2) GPS device did not work (no apology, no offer of compensation), 3) was charged vehicle cleaning fee because, on return, the car was dusty from, apparently, driving on dirt roads and because there were bugs stuck on front bumper. Really? Dirt roads and bugs in Australia! Who would have thought!
