We had the brakes on our older rental RV breakdown near Abel Tasman park. The shop got there quickly and got it and us to the garage before closing. The next morning they identified the problem and contacted us in time to order the part to arrive the next day (Friday) before the weekend. The part came in and two mechanics had it fixed and test driven before noon the next day. This was of immense relief as we were counting on using the RV to have bookings at the end of December and new year as it is very busy on the islands around that time. The staff and the manager Phill Nicholls were very helpful and friendly. They made a every effort to answer our questions are make our stay easier while waiting, would recommend.

Awesome service from a friendly team. No nasty surprises, they called me when there was an issue and told me the price of parts then where able to go the extra mile to find a better price. No fuss straight up bunch that helped me out of a tight spot. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Not only did they save me money they had me mobile promptly and gave me handy information. Thanks for everything Nicholls team.
