Excellent service. Rocked up with no appointment and they fixed the chip in my windscreen while I waited. Only took about 15 minutes in total. No hesitation at all recommended these guys. Top job.
Sent date / time request via the website and got an instant response saying the branch would be in touch to confirm booking. Having chased 2 days later it became apparent that the requested date would be impossible as they were booked out - so why was the requested date allowed on the booking calendar? Two days wasted. Not happy
Feel very mucked around by these guys. From the outset it seemed like they weren't prepared for me to turn up despite having a booking for 930 am. Which was pointless as the car wasn't ready till after 3pm. I was assured my car would be ready just after lunch and I would have it in time to pick up my kids. When I turned up at nearly 2pm I found out my car had just rolled in and would not be ready for at least another hour which meant school pick up was no longer possible. I had to retrieve the kids car seats leave my vehicle there till the following morning as I had no means to come back for it again that evening as my partner needed our other vehicle for work. The staff we're disinterested in the problems they had caused me and offered no solution apart from a code to get by keys from a box out side the follow day. They never even sent a notification text to say when it was complete. Terrible service, I would advise you to use a different provider if you are relying on your vehicle. Aw Novus is right.
