Great staff and super helpful, bought the wrong size sunshade, and they swapped it over, no worries. Didn't have the one I needed in stock, but it was there the next day. That is impressive at any time, let alone the week between Christmas and New Year. I'm so impressed with the team there.
These guys here are absolute champions. Had to order in only about $40 worth of stuff and the staff here were happy to help me through it all with friendly advise. Picked it up the next day and thought of something else I might need and was shown exactly what I would need with extra advise on how to get the best result. Alot of businesses lately have been very indifferent and uncaring toward customers but the people at Auto One gave the true customer service that we all love. Which is the reason for my first review in years on Google maps. Highly recommend
Don't just accept what the dealer puts on your service repairs. Shop around. I did just that for the windscreen wipers of my VW Golf. Saved $100 in doing so. Auto One in Waitara did the job, straight to the point and handed my new wipers to me. Told me how to replace these it has been a few years since I did so. Hey presto, new wipers and $100 still in my pocket that otherwise would not have been
What can I say.... I've been attending auto one for many years and without fail the staff have been absolutely wonderful. Their knowledge is Supreme and at times startling. The product range of course is excellent. They without hesitation are able to order the most peculiar items with utmost efficiency. But it is the kindness, charisma and warmth they extend that is so impressive. A great store to shop and a wonderful place to be. Thank you auto one

Awesome store been going there for years.
Fantastic customer service experience today: phoned less than 15 minutes before closing time, to check if they’d be open to replace a broken windscreen wiper during the storms! They were still and with the help of the team the car was back on the road within 2 minutes of being at the shop! Highly recommend them & will be visiting again when the time comes
Great service at Auto One Waitara. Excellent knowledge and experience. The manager Winston knows way more than most professional mechanics and was happy to provide hands on help to solve all our problems.
