The showroom provides a good selection of tiles in various price ranges. The support staff was friendly and provided support when required and tips and tricks how to lay tiles and what to watch out for. The tiles got delivered on time. Great experience
I couldn't recommend the team at Amber Hornsby highly enough. After searching for some time for the right product for our patio renovation we were so pleased we came to Amber Hornsby. Not only did they have a large range to choose from but they provided a wealth of expert advice to help in our decision making. Once the job was under way their every commitment was met and they worked cooperatively with us and our contractors. And the final result is excellent!
We purchased tiles and grout for our current renovation. Our experience with the team at Amber Hornsby has always been positive. It is for this reason that we return. The team are professional, engaged and caring. Key members of the team who have handled our needs and ultimately our purchases include Aaron & Scott. Amazing Service! We dealt with Eddy who helped us navigate Pool Paving and Sealers. We purchased 50m of Granite Pavers which look brilliant. Eddy had to change our order 4 times even up to the day before delivery and got it all sorted no fuss. We also bought stack stone from him which is great. Top quality products, brilliant service, we purchased on a 20% sale price and could not get a better price anywhere else. Definitely use these guys!
I ordered yellow colored stone tile but they gave me white colored stone tile. Between white color and yellow color are totally different color. So I gave back that tile to Eddy but Peggy didn't give me my money back untile now. I don't understand why they kept both, the tile and my money. Terrible refund system. I'm very disappointed them.
I have been dealing with the team at Amber Tiles Hornsby for well over two years. During this time I have found them extremely customer focused and a pleasure to deal with. Always responsive and happy to help. I would recommend doing business with them.
I've walked into dozens of tile shops over the last few months for the renovation of 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry plus an outdoor patio but never had to go into another shop after discovering Prue at Amber in Waitara. She has been so helpful in narrowing choices down in the overwhelming decision making, offering great advice on styles and suitability of particular tiles. The quality and range of tile patterns in each box has been much better than other cheaper tiles we have purchased - but they are still reasonably priced. I would never go anywhere else now.
We shopped extensively for kitchen splash back tiles and were impressed with the range on offer at Amber Tiles at Hornsby. Eddy was very helpful and very patient showing us many different options. We settled on subway tiles in handmade ocean. This decision was made easy as there was quite a large display wall with these tiles so we could envisage the end result. We love the tiles. Thank you
We had an issue with an order that the staff did not complete or properly check. When we found out that we were short about one fifth of the tiles we called. The staff proceeded to blame shift, lie and showed no sign of giving an apology for their incompetence. Our build was delayed, but Amber still managed to charge us full price for insufficient product and poor service. I cannot recommend a business that at the slightest hint of needing to sort out a minor problem and we were very patient with them starts ignoring phone calls, lying and blaming suppliers and anyone else to avoid taking responsibility. I would give 0 stars if I could, and intend to post this on all my social media to warn others.
