I was quoted 5-10 workings days from Melbourne to Canberra by Auto-Logistics, I booked and paid on the 22 August. Vehicle wasn't picked up till the 25th August, I was told last week that it would be delivered 5 September and now today they say delivery on the 7th or the 8th but cannot guarantee as they don't have many trucks going from Sydney to Canberra. I learnt today that Auto-Logistics tender out their work so the car isn't on one of their trucks, that information was not given out when I made the booking. All round poor communication, poor customer service and a expensive exercise with the extra hire car expenses required.

No issues whatsoever despite all the negative feedback. The car arrived in time from Whyalla to Sydney within two (2) weeks and I was even offered five (5) working days to pick up my car from the Patrick Auto Care depot who were very pleasant to deal with.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I was a little fearful after I booked and saw some reviews but my experience was good. I dropped my car off in Brisbane on Monday around 9am and had it in Melbourne on Wednesday at 4pm Would use them again.

Do NOT use this company! It is cheap but prior to booking I was quoted 10-15 business days to move my car. Here I am 20+ business days later and still my car hasn't arrived and have now been told it will be another week at least! Auto logistics took no responsibility and continually tried to pass the blame despite them being the ones quoting 10-15 business days. Look elsewhere for more reliable service!
