2007 I went to this post office to get the passports for my newly born twins. Now the children are 15 years, but this incident keeps coming to my mind. So decided to jot down a comment and erase it from my mind. When I got to the post office, all 3 counters were open and were manned by 3 caucasian personnel aimlessly watching the traffic without a word. I was the only customer waiting in line. They kept me standing for 15 minutes before they asked me to come to the counter. I felt sad about the biased services that they give to foreigners.
Ignore the previous comments as they relate to this LPO being operated by previous licensees. The current manager and staff offer the highest level of service at all times - and they throw in a smile at no extra charge. So, reliable, efficient and very friendly = A+ service.
I am a casual at the Rowan street post office currently. We are supremely sorry the phone mumber is displayed wrong and are working on getting it changed. The actual number is 57219394. We look forward to seeing you and helping any way we can.
